Cache Creek Vineyards & Winery offers multiple rental venue options for your private events. Our outdoor patio and concert space, the Bull Room (the barrel cellar off the tasting room), and the upstairs Barrel Room are all available for your private events.
Because we have diversity in our venues, we can host a variety of gatherings from a large wedding or elopement party to an anniversary dinner or corporate meeting.
The Bull Room
Weddings
Finding the perfect wedding location is every couple’s dream. We offer two lovely venues for the ceremony, and each can accommodate up to 250 guests. The first location is on the eastern edge of our property. Although it is within walking distance from the winery and reception area, the location is far enough removed that you’ll feel enveloped in the beauty of the natural surroundings. Set among majestic oak trees with the mountains as a backdrop and Cache Creek flowing peacefully nearby, this tranquil setting is ideal for the couple who wishes to exchange their vows surrounded by the enchantment of nature. Plus, the pathway in is perfect for the couple to arrive or depart in a horse-drawn carriage.
Our second location is our expansive patio and lawn area with a stage at the far end. The beautiful stage is only a few steps up, and offers the picture-perfect ceremony setting. The slightly elevated stage gives guests a good view as the bride and groom exchange their nuptials. The beautiful lawn is another ideal option for the couple to use as they say their vows. This location is also where the reception, dinner, and dance take place for both ceremony sites.
The Barrel Room
Intimate Gatherings
Our Bull Room or cellar room, located adjacent to our tasting room, is just the right size for a dinner party for 20-50 guests, an elopement ceremony and reception, or a business holiday party. Lined by wine barrels, this charming room is a blank canvas ready for a decorator’s touch.
Upstairs from our tasting room is our Barrel Room, a cozier space with a curved wall, bar, and flat screen TV. This is a great space for dinner parties for up to 20 people, and also is perfect for corporate meetings or seminars.
We also have a complete commercial kitchen that is ready for the licensed caterer of your choice.
My family cannot say enough good things about this vineyard and its employees. After the Valley Fire forced a change of venue for my daughter’s wedding, the gracious people at Cache Creek Vineyards offered their facility as a new venue. It was a stunningly perfect day in absolutely gorgeous surroundings! My family will never forget the day!
